Cuchuma Regional Research Library
The Cuchuma library is located in the Tecate Cultural Center (CECUTEC) and has approximately 2,000 books specializing in Baja California and neighboring regions. The library serves the local community as well as national and international researchers from the Mexico, United States and around the world, all free of charge. Many local school students use the library, its computers and reference materials.

Monday—Friday, 9:00 a.m.—1:00 p.m and 2:30 p.m.—6:30 p.m.
